I believe the public might give arguments against copyright and patent law more consideration if they saw not just many arguments, but arguments from many people.
This is the start of that collection.
In the process of creating this collection I learned of Stephan Kinsella's Anti-IP Reader, which is the best collection I've seen to date, and how I first discovered a number of these essays.
I put together this site independently and did not ask any of the authors for permission. Although I hope they find it helpful and useful, their inclusion does not in any way mean they endorse this project. Any shortcomings or mistakes are mine.
The Overton Window theory predicts a range of arguments currently politically acceptable to the mainstream population. The Overton Window shifts, and then lawmakers shift the law.
In a Tweet heard round the world, on April 11, 2025, two of the wealthiest capitalists in the world said "delete all IP law". Tens of thousands agreed.
I hope this is a sign that support for the abolishment of copyright and patent law is starting to go viral.

P.S. Here is my own collection of anti-cap essays.
